My friend, Joe Camp - you know, the creator of Benji (yes, the doggie movies) has written a book.
Since the 70's when I was a little girl and saw For The Love Of Benji I've been hopelessly in love with the shaggy, big eyed dog and his fluffy white love interest Tiffany. Little did I know that 20+ years later I'd meet Benji's creator, Joe Camp, at a dulcimer gathering in NC. He was playing hammered dulcimer. Go figure.
Over the past ten or so years we've stayed in touch and become very good friends. Now, he and his amazing wife Kathleen have gotten into horses (another passion of mine), and Joe has written a book...
Yes, it's a "horse" book... see below... but really, it's so much more. This book is about relationships, choices, acceptance, trust, compromise, and love. Take the horses out of it, if you wish, and it still tells stories of life lessons and teaches that the quality of life is often in the choices we make.
